Naples Catering specializes in custom catering for a broad range of events in Naples, Ft, Myers, Bonita Spings and surrounding areas. We cater the most casual event or the most sophisticated gathering. No party is too big or too small. Please refer to the menu page for a representative sample of some of our menus. As a true custom caterer, however, Naples Catering will work with you on a personalized menu until you are completely satisfied with the food, style of service and the cost.
We have availability of private chef services including personalized meal deliveries, in-home cooking and light catering priced as an hourly rate with ingredient reimbursement. This is a custom service intended for close consultation with the client to provide a personalized meal experience. Chef David provides casual food drop-off and elegant private dinners for you and your guests in your own home. We also do cooking classes!! Serving Naples, Ft. Myers, Bonita Springs, Sanibel, Captiva and surrounding areas.

We offer personalized chef-consulting services, including menu development/engineering, recipe creation/standardization, staff training and cost control optimization. All consulting services are performed by Chef David Hill. Consulting services consist of a feedback focused, hands on process of developing high quality, profitable products for your company. The process begins with an evaluation of the clients objectives in terms of menu products, customer pricing and production capabilities; a detailed plan is then presented to the client for approval. The client will then participate in a series of tastings and evaluations until the menu products are selected. Generally, the next step would be to initiate a training plan for the client's employees. The client will be presented with detailed costing information, recipes and procedures designed to be used as a core for company success.
